The guest tax and any additional costs depend on the type of apartment and occupancy.

Bookings made through our website are significantly cheaper than via booking platforms. To confirm your reservation, a 30% prepayment is required.

Booking conditions:

• 30% of the total amount is due on the day of booking
• The remaining 70% no later than 10 days before arrival
• No refund for later cancellation
• A 100% refundable security deposit (depending on apartment type) is required on the day of arrival

Registration and guest card with included guest tax:

All guests must register for the tourist tax in accordance with legal requirements. A personalized guest card is created for each person based on the information provided during online check-in. Guests 12 years and older pay the standard tourist tax per night. Children 6 to 11 years of age also receive a guest card – free of charge and with full access to all services. The guest card includes, among other things, free use of public transport in the region – even for dogs. A complete overview of all offers can be found here: Guest Cards

If you cancel:

Should we be able to rebook your apartment for the same period, we will refund your prepayment in full. If not, the prepayment will be retained as compensation for the blocked dates.

We value long-term relationships with our guests and kindly encourage you to cancel as early as possible, so we have a fair chance to find a replacement.

In exceptional cases, we are always willing to show flexibility and goodwill.

House rules:

The house rules are described in the guest folder and will be sent to the main guest who made the booking three days before arrival. The main guest is responsible for reading the house rules and ensuring that all fellow guests are aware of them.
